Do we under estimate 'internet business'? .... - 'byobe' Bulletin 061. April 09, 2006 |
| Hello & Welcome Internet business - Do we underestimate its' power? We will shortly be attending the wedding of the daughter of some life long friends. Of course the young people are up to speed with what is possible from Internet business online. It is normal therefore for them to set up a present list online where you can see what they would like and order it there and then. Great Internet business for the company selling the presents and easy for those of us who will buy online. However, I would not mind betting that there will be a lot of invited guests who are baffled at the thought of buying online who do not yet understand internet business. It would be interesting to know how many people use the Internet to purchase goods and services and what percentage of computer users they represent. My daughter as a mature student with three young children has started using a national grocer that has set up an Internet business service to home deliver families groceries. She finds it great time saver in her busy mother/student life. Another aspect of doing business over the Internet is the transmission of information. The shear volume and quality of information it is possible to access is staggering. Yes there are perhaps too many people pushing sales pitches but if you are selective you don't have to be bothered by any of that. What is more a lot of the information is free. There are numerous writers who are just pleased to be published, who are not interested in Internet business. Even when there is a commercial interest you can still access free information. Information, learning and application of what we learn are a continuing process so I am always on the lookout for good sources of information relating to what I am doing at any one time. Perhaps you are the same. If so take a look at Free Resale Rights Vault an absolute Pandora's box of Internet business related information. Alternatively there is more Free Stuff here. I hope some of it will be of use to you in your Internet business efforts.
