Do You Rate The Online Community?

At this time I am putting the finishing touches to new site that will be dedicated to selling an ebook that I have just completed. It's a first time exercise for me. This means a lot of research and learning new things.

During this process I have been struck by how much information you can access online. That, in its self is not such a startling observation but think of it another way. Any of the information you may need may already have been created by someone.

Now we all get fed up with the 'guru's' telling us how to do this that and the other and how easy it is to make your fortune. That's not what I am thinking of. A simple example that is helpful to me is an article I came across by accident that relates to my current project and which will be so helpful.

The article was on an article site and the author was explaining the steps she took to complete a project similar to my current project. She also related some information on the success of her project and this was an encouragement to me.

So whilst we have to put up with the spam and the tiresome guru's it's not all bad. In fact most of it is good. So lets keep using the technology and making the maximum use of all that free information that's out there.
