Promoting your business is great fun and as your confidence grows you will get better at it. Also as your mind concentrates on the business of winning business you will amaze yourself with the innovative ideas you generate.

* How about your web site. Get one if you don't already have one. Use all possible methods to promote it. Include your Url on all materials including emails, correspondence, literature everything.

* Know what makes you/your business special. If you don't already know 'brainstorm' it. Know your skills, strengths, weaknesses.

* Develop your USB. The unique benefit you bring to your customers - Unique Selling Benefit. You may have more than one. If you don't know them how can you tell your customers what they are?

* This is one of my favourites - you have heard it from me many times. Constantly improve your knowledge base. When you stop learning you limit your potential. Keep learning and grow your potential. Read and listen.

* Keep focussed, have an action program to achieve your objectives. If you do you can safely bet that you are well ahead of your competitors.

There's more to come, keep promoting your business. the more you do the easier it gets and the more promotion ideas you will generate.
